Shipping

Where your order ships from

We stock gear in two places, and every product page tells you which applies before you buy:

• US warehouse items — typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
• International warehouse items — typically arrive in 8–15 business days, tracked door to door.

Cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $5.95.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages (each with its own tracking) — you never pay extra for that.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days or a package is marked delivered but missing, email support@canyoncache.com — we'll chase the carrier or reship.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused condition with original packaging. Email support@canyoncache.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — free replacement or full refund, no need to ship the bad one back.
