Refund & Return Policy

If your gear isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused condition with original packaging. Email support@canyoncache.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives broken, defective, or just wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to ship the bad one back.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return (or approving the claim). Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exceptions

Used items, items damaged by misuse, and orders past the 30-day window can't be refunded. Sale items are refundable like anything else.
