Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. No international shipping yet.

Cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $5.95.

Timing

Orders process in 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on which warehouse stocks your item — it's disclosed on every product page before you buy:

• US warehouse items: typically 3–7 business days.
• International warehouse items: typically 8–15 business days, fully tracked.

Split shipments

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses — no extra cost, each package gets its own tracking.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days or a package is marked delivered but missing, email support@canyoncache.com — we'll chase the carrier or reship.
