1. Sponsors

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is jointly sponsored by CanyonCache and Par for the Chaos (each a Utah limited liability company; together, the "Sponsors"), Utah, USA. Questions: stockton@teamutahcre.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, members, and contractors of the Sponsors and their affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins June 16, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"), unless ended earlier or extended by the Sponsors.

4. How to Enter (free)

During the Entry Period, visit canyoncache.com/pages/putter-giveaway and submit your email address on the entry form. This is the only method of entry and it is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Duplicate, automated, scripted, or bot entries are void. Standard data rates from your provider may apply.

5. Winner Selection & Timing

Two (2) winners will be selected, each by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The milestones below determine only WHEN each drawing is held; they do not affect any entrant's chance of winning.

• Putter #1: drawn within ten (10) days after CanyonCache records its 1,000th order, or on the Entry Period end date, whichever occurs first.
• Putter #2: drawn within ten (10) days after the Par for the Chaos YouTube channel reaches 1,000 subscribers, or on the Entry Period end date, whichever occurs first.

If a milestone has not been reached by the end of the Entry Period, that drawing will still be held from all eligible entries on or about the end date. Each entry is eligible for both drawings, but no person may win more than one (1) prize.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes

Two (2) prizes, each one (1) new right-handed 69 Golf putter. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $149 USD; total ARV: $298 USD. Each prize is awarded "as is"; any manufacturer warranty passes to the winner. No cash alternative; the Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

8. Winner Notification

Each winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within five (5) days of the applicable drawing and must reply within fourteen (14) days with their full name and a valid U.S. shipping address and confirm eligibility. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days, is ineligible, or declines, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on their prize.

10. Privacy

Information you submit is handled under the Sponsors' privacy policies. By entering, you agree to join the CanyonCache email list; you may unsubscribe at any time (link in every email).

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize a winner consents to the Sponsors' use of their first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. The Sponsors may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond their reasonable control compromises its integrity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsors and their affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures and are released from liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15. No Platform Affiliation

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Meta, or Shopify. You are providing your information to the Sponsors, not to those platforms.
